The mobile market is dominated by Dialog Axiata (leader, ~45% share), Mobitel (Sri Lanka Telecom, ~30%), Hutch and Airtel Lanka. Commercial 5G is live in Colombo and Galle since 2023 (Dialog and Mobitel).

Do I need an eSIM if I have a European plan?
