Israel has four national networks: Pelephone, Cellcom, Partner and HOT Mobile. 4G is excellent nationwide, 5G is rolling out in the big cities, and internet penetration exceeds 90% (source: ITU DataHub, 2024). EU roaming does not apply: without an eSIM, data gets expensive.
